The Hotel is located in Psalidi, approximately 4 Km east from Kos Town center.Sun Palace is surrounded by natural beauty and approximately 400 m from the beach. On the beach the hotel provides umbrellas and sun beds.
There is a very good and regular public bus service to and from Kos Town . The bus stop is front of the Hotel.

The Hotel has 170 rooms. There is one main building with three floors, 2 elevators, several other buildings with ground and upper floors and bungalows. All the rooms are equipped with A/C, T/V (sat), refrigerator, hair dryer, safe deposit boxes (with change), coffee/tea making facillity supplied with coffee or tea, bath rode and slippers. The Hotel has rooms with sea, garden or pool view.

All the rooms have Balconies or terraces.
Baby cots are available on request.
