My family and I have recently got back from our 2 weeks holiday at the Hotel Kordistos and it was absolutly fantastic! We couldn't have asked for more.
The rooms where basic and the bathrooms where small.
The rooms were cleaned ever day and fresh towels were provided also.
For your breakfast you could help yourself to loads of juice, tea, coffee and a roll with butter and jam.
If you fancied anything else for your breakfast there was loads to choose from at very little price. For ex-sample bacon, egg and beans was about 2 euros.
The little restaurant does fantastic food. I would definitely recommend there chicken gyros.
The pool was always clean but quite deep and they are two baby pools for the smaller kids.
From the pool you walked down a couple of steps and you were on the beach!
The beach and the sea are wonderful. The sea is great for snorkeling, as they are loads of little fish.
The views are fantastic. There is a small island in the sea, it is a short walk and swim away with a tiny church on it. It looks really pretty.
The family who run the hotel are the loveliest people we've ever meet! They were always there if you wanted any help and made us so welcome. They treated us as we where apart of their family.
As for the surroundings of the hotel they are many bars and restaurants. I would recommend the Opa Opa cocktail bar just a short walk away from the hotel, Hubs opposite the hotel, Herpocrotes at the side of hubs, Captain Johns just before you get to the harbour and Afrodite along the harbour front. The chef of this restaurant cooks in the window. The shirmps and the steaks are gorgeous from here.
They are loads of trips you can go on through you rep. I recommend the Greek Night. This was a great night. The food, the music and the dancers were fantastic!!
When you go don't miss out on this night!!
If you like shopping you will have to travel into Kos Town as there are only supermarkets in keferlos. You can get there on the bus, the buses have air conditioning. It takes around 50 minutes on the bus to get there. Kos Town is full of shops and restaurants.
You can hire mopeds, quad bikes, buggies and cars cheaply if you want to explore the island.
We've only been back two days and we wish we where still there looking at that great view with a nice cocktail in our hand.
We will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Very good for a 2 star hotel must be bordering on a 3 star. Our room was slightly smaller than we would have liked but still clean and comfortable.A bar, swimming pool and some other facilities on site and the best pointis the hotel is situated right on the beach. Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast which was dismally poor. Also some confusion regarding air conditioning in the rooms which did not quite turn out as our tour operator stated. All round really very good considering only classified as a 2 star and we can back chilled out after a great holiday.

A hotel in a prime position on the beach and if location is your priority you need look no further. The staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming pool is pleasant to relax around with a bar for cold drinks. The rooms are clean but a little basic and small. We were on bed and breakfast and honestly breakfast was non existent and was a big negative and the hotel could have been more generous with the portions and offered a modicum of variety. It meant either going hungry and buying a cooked breakfast which significantly added to the cost of our holiday. A little noise could be heard from the passing traffic on the road. This hotel in our opinion is best suited to couples of all ages who want a chill out holiday in a beach side location. If this is the case then we can recommend this hotel.
